Getting started

Create your AdCrunch organization, connect your first ad platform, and ask your first question.

On this page

AdCrunch is a unified layer on top of your ad platforms. You connect Meta, TikTok or Google Ads once, and AdCrunch keeps your campaigns, ad groups, ads, and insights synced into one place — readable from the console, from a REST API, or from an AI agent over MCP.

This page walks you through the first ten minutes: organization, connection, first answer.

Before you start

You need:

  • An ad account on Meta, TikTok or Google Ads. Snapchat and Display & Video 360 are listed in the console under Not yet supported and cannot be connected today.
  • Permission on that account to grant a third-party app access. If you’re not the owner, ask whoever is. There is no read-only connection — what you control is which accounts you connect. Auth & scopes sets out the full boundary.

Walkthrough

  1. Create your organization

Sign up at console.adcrunch.dev with Google or an emailed code, then name your organization. The URL slug is derived from the name and has to be unique, so you may need to adjust it. Organizations are how billing, advertisers, and team members are scoped.

  2. Connect an ad platform

Go to Integrations, press Connect, and pick a provider. The provider opens in a pop-up window for you to sign in and grant access — if nothing appears, allow pop-ups for the console and try again. When you finish, the pop-up closes itself and the new connection appears in the list; there is no page to reload.

  3. Let the first import run

Every ad account the connection exposes becomes an advertiser in AdCrunch — there is nothing to pick. AdCrunch then imports the last 90 days: your campaigns, ad groups, and ads, plus a day at a time of insights for each of them. It runs in the background, so you can close the tab.

  4. Ask your first question

Open Performance for spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, and conversions, filtered by provider and date range and broken down beneath the chart. Or open the Adgent and ask in plain language — it reads the same data.

Note

The import has no progress indicator yet

Nothing in the console reports how far the import has got, so while it runs Performance says “No insight data for this period. Connect an integration or widen the date range.” — the same thing it says with nothing connected. Read that as the import still running, not as a failure: the connection itself is confirmed on Integrations the moment it succeeds, and the figures fill in behind it. Expect minutes for a single ad account, and proportionally longer the more accounts the connection exposed — they are imported a few at a time.
